    No exit survey when unsubscribing

    I recently cancelled my subscription to the game for various reasons. Most subscription systems ask the customer questions about why they've cancelled. Even if all information isn't individually reviewed and is simply aggregated; I feel that this is a system that should be in place. It feels as though SE doesn't appreciate the customers whom support their business.
