Ideas to replace or rework dissipation

Sadly, when I was forced to use it, I can imagine Yoshi P and the rest of the devs saying, in a sith like voice, "Good! Now eat Eos." I have no ideal how I'm going going to apply the skill until I move on to A2 savage and onward. I don't like the ability anymore than anymore than any one else here. I'm just saying, to SE, it's working as intended apparently. You know they aren't fond of us playing to far outside the box they made after FFXI.
