Ideas to replace or rework dissipation

This, for anyone else just tuning in to this month-old series of discussions about Dissipation. The oh-shit button needs to be pretty good if it has a serious tradeoff built-in, and this one isn't nearly good enough to warrant its use as such.

If it reset and/or eliminated the CD on Aetherflow abilities while active, I could see its emergency utility improving dramatically, though.

Also, the healing buff you get from Dissipation really needs to effect Lustrate and Indomnibility. I think i am sitting at 2 legitimate uses of Dissipation in a raid for healing purposes right now. Its not Celestial Opposition style terrible, but Dissipation could do with some tweaking, even giving you an instant aoe heal when you use it and 3 aetherflow stack would be good.
