At this point I'd be happy if they simply expanded the Dissipation bonus to affect attack magic as well since just about the only thing it's good for is weaving additional Energy Drains during DPS phases.

This and an instant AOE heal centered on the fairy, like if she exploded in a healing dust field and the dust would come back to you giving full aetherflow and the Rouse effect (Increases Cure magic potency and damage dealt by pet by 40%.
