<Ascendance> recruiting to form a casual/softcore guild

We are a small tight knit group of friends returning to FF14, looking to form a casual guild.

We used to be more hardcore raiders from various MMOs, but we now have jobs and other commitments, so we are looking to have a more relaxing time, without the game feeling like a second job.

Key points (please see http://redd.it/3eha8h this post is missing a lot):

-We want to keep being a tight knit group, so you should try to talk in FC chat once in awhile. We only require voice chat for raids or hard content.

-Flexible raid schedules/no raid schedules. We will run raids if enough people online wants to go or try to plan a time a bit beforehand.This way no one feels obligated to commit to anything. It will also feel less like a job

-We would like people that plays somewhere between 8pm EST to 3am EST

-No toxicity/drama/raging.

-Willingness to improve.
