Op I am sorry this happened - all the advice I can give is report them. Personally I have never used one, but regardless of if they are helpful, used as a harassment tool, or used for other means, parser's have been banned from this game for over a year due to cheating (people were using them for more than just parsing and were adding other tools to them) and using them as a harassment tool. Maybe SE will turn a blind eye if no one talks about it - but start talking about it in game or harassing people with it, SE can pull up the logs and see what was said - and if they mentioned it they can go after them.

Example: Someone was slandering people in a PF and mentioned parser's, a person I know reported them for harassment and parser use. He had GM's talking to them within 5 minutes to get more information and said he was going to pull up the PF logs to verify, and that was two days ago. So they are taking it seriously.
