Action bar feedback wanted by dev team

Just going to take the opportunity to post this. Those that frequent the forums and updates to the lodestone know that multiple action bars are coming in the future, hopefully the incredibly near future.

Reinheart has done some wonderful work with the translation thread and picked up something related to the action bar.

    こんばんは。
    Good Evening,

    アクションバーを3列表示させたいという件について、皆川と確認してきました。
Checked in with Minagawa regarding wanting to show all 3 row of action bar.

    アクションバーについては将来的に、全面的に改修を行う予定で、
    表示するアクションの数を増やすことはもちろん、組んだマクロやアイテムもセットできるようにするなど、
    現在改修に向け仕様の検討を行っております。
In future planning to remodel the action bar entirely.
Showing more actions for sure but also be able to set macro's or items
Currently looking into this to make the changes.

    今後も引き続きフィードバックよろしくお願いします。
    Please continue giving feedback.
If they want feedback, lets give them feedback.
    1. Multiple action bars should be a very large priority. It significantly increases the ability to play and use several different abilities in demanding situations. Thus, please bump this up to your higher priority stations.
    2. Please make sure we can have the actions bars both vertical and horizontal.
    3. Drag and drop capabilities for spells, macros, and usable items is a necessary feature that must be present in the new action bar. (Probably the most important on my list)
    4. Please allow us to resize each bar individually. For instance, someone may like a larger bar for main abilities while using a smaller bar for items and macros.
    5. When swapping jobs/classes, the action bars should also switch automatically to last known skill layout that was active on that job/class.
    6. Keep the circular icons.
    7. When or if pet classes/jobs are created, please have a separate bar for pet skills that is fully customizable and bindable.
    8. Each icon/placement on the bar needs to be keybind ready with full support for shift, ctrl, alt, and mouse buttons (including middle mouse, browser back, and browser forward)
    9. Tooltips should appear when hovering over the skill with the mouse. Information included on the tooltip should include information about (but not limited to) action cost, damage type, cooldown, casting time, damage output in the form of concrete numbers and/or percentages, and descriptions.
    10. Macros should have customized icons (they already have them, so this shouldn't be an issue)
    11. Slightly related and slightly unrelated to the action bar, but please release a development kit and/or information regarding add-on support to party unit frames and the action bar.

and again, thank you to Reinheart for finding much of the JP information.

I'd put drag and dropping skill icons under displaying more than one bar at once (which would imply resizability) and remembering previously set skills for each class as far as priority goes. Remembering previously set skills for each class should be the top priority in my book.

The skill setting window needs to be sped up. Its horribly slow. Instead of having to wait for both client and server validation for EACH skills, why not have an "Apply" and "Cancel" button so we can mess with the skill setup fast ?

Having the ability to remove and manually set system enforced actions like the throw skill will become necessary once multiple displayed bars will be implemented (i hope) or if skill setups are properly remembered for each classes. I think it is necesary right now in any case. An "Unset all" button would be nice too.

Being able to save my attribute setup & action bar setup per each class/job is HUGE for me. If that came in one of those small updates like a 1.18a thing it would be the best small update ever. That 1 thing would make me excited about switching from a solo setup to a job setup for grouping and whatever else for various scenarios. I would appreciate the class/job system so much more if it wasn't such a hassle to enjoy.

    Please get rid of tooltips.
Hopefully everyone knows the effect and cost of the actions when fighting, and it's terribly annoying

Kind of part of the action bar (somewhat not), but it could do SO MANY things.

    Please-Give-Us-Right-Click-Functionality!

Right click instead of hitting the god damn F key, right click to open trade, to invite to linkshell, to invite to party, to kick from party, to kick from ls, to check, to mark a monster, to do so many other god damn things. Hi, we aren't using a Mac default mouse!!

-I think two more whole action bars visible on screen would be cool. I would even like to see them only appear when you enter active mode.
-I don't know about having both vertical and horizontal action bars.
    -Drag and drop, {yes please}
-Maybe for each of the additional visible action bars, they could be automatically sized smaller as they scale up into the middle of the screen. (that being said IF the extra bars are stacked on top of the original).
-Auto saved action bars are on the official to do list. woo
-I love the circular design for the icons.
-I don't think pet classes will need there own 'individual' action bar, since a majority of their skills are going to be designed around the pet. A players action bar set-up can mimic that from something like WoW or w.e anyway.
-Tool tips should stay. I'm not a fan of the exact %'s and real numbers in the descriptions. But to each his own I guess.
-If you are referring to add-on's, I say NO.

    Scaling/zoom options for UI aspects.

On my pc at 1920x1080 everything is a good size, but on my laptop at 1366x768 everything seems huge. The option to scale down the size of the on screen aspects would be nice.

-It would be nice to be able to drag and drop things on to it or move slots via drag and drop.
-Skills that can only be used conditionally (like haymaker and phalanx) should be grayed out when you can't use them.
-More info on skills in general would be nice so I have a better idea what to put on the AB and what not (how long something lasts, how much damage/healing does it do, etc).
-I'd like something like the AB for a crafting interface instead of what we have now
