Whilst I agree it really is as simple as this, I hate to say it but you may as well give up trying to get people to see eye-to-eye. We live in a world where everyone complains about everything, it's always been like that. The only reason it's more apparent nowadays is because of the internet. So, to pin the blame on someone, let's all blame this guy:-
