    I'd move the Favors from RGS to BGS. I'd remove the RCS and RGS weekly caps. I'd double the RGS hand in awards.

    I'd take the token drops from raids, and allow the purchase of either a raid level piece of gear, OR a raid level crafting material to produce a slightly better piece of gear.

    Raid recipes would have their own section, below the Master section. They would be equivalent of whatever the highest Star level is when they are introduced.

    Would not overly simplify things, no. But it would get rid of the asinine speed limit on acquiring gear and stuff.

    ya can't kill omni crafters unless you kill the system and I believe they did that. I'd prefer anything that allows us to get ingredients without putting in an absurd amount of hours / raise all gather to 60 etc. Let the gatherer's ACCESS those favor nodes without CAPPING it.

    id love to have the script system completely removed. Id love to have craftable the BEST gear. I think dungeons and raids should drop less armor and weapons and more mats for crafting.

    What if beating a boss drops a rare mat, a main component to crafting top gear. the item is spiritbonded to the player, cant be sold or traded, can only be linked to a crafter to be made into an item. Its up to the player if he wants to use it for himself or to link to the crafter to be made into bis saw or hammer so the crafter can make other gear easier.

    Lets say an 8 person raid, after the fight all players are rewarded with a 1 rare mat, could be a legendary ore, or silk, leather, they are untradeable. these mats plus gathered mats are used to create the current tome gear. All 3 styles of classes are brought together to create bis gear, free companies will be searching for a balanced team in and out of the arena.

    A system like this, there would be no need to have excess amounts of gil, all that is required is teamwork and strategy.

    I think I am mostly a fan of the current systems, but that is probably because I have been an omni crafter gatherer for long time, I do think that with the most recent release that it feels less rewarding how ever at least at this stage ( I may change that opinion as time goes on) going forward though the best thing they can do is just make more unique recipes, I love that we can make our own cool AF, but we need to be able to make Cool unique PVE gear as well (I don't care if it is the best, Unique look and desirable to at least casual PVE players)

    The biggest step to improve the system would be to make it feel rewarding to craft independently of just making money at the moment the reward and fun of crafting strictly stems from how much money it makes a player (things like Airship crafting I believe are a step in the right direction for this, but could still use more improvements and a more individualized touch)

    - Red scrips hand-ins should either give a lot more scrips per hand in, or maybe a number of blue scrips as well (i.e. 20 red and 10 blue per hand in).

    - There could be a 'once a day' hand in that gives you a bonus amount of scrips.

    - Maybe 'large scale' temple leves of an appropriate level could give red/blue scrips?

    - Some of the items required for 180 crafts should be made purchasable with Law tomes, rather than having such a heavy reliance on gatherers expending their own red scrips. This helps non crafters/gatherers to make some money too.

    - The ilvl 180 Disciple of War crafted gear is mostly useless, even with extensive melds it would be hard for it to become stronger than the Alexander NM gear. Instead, maybe it could be boosted to ilvl 190, with no materia slots? This would at least give us decently strong gear with different sub-stat allocations, allowing for more flexibility in gear builds, but wouldn't allow you to surpass the Alex gear through melding.
