Can we have a party member trade option? I think it would help the class imbalances when one team has 4 healers while the other team has none.

I'd be great if they found a way to implement it. As it is right now I often see a party 7 dps and 1 tank, another one with 5 dark knights 2 dps and 1 healer, and the last one with 2 healers and 6 dps. Hope those 3 healers are awesome enough to heal 24 people scattered across the map cause otherwise it's a guaranteed loss to an alliance unless someone switches and with not enough level 60s leveled by people that doesn't happen often.

I can't even imagine it would be too hard, just give us a special option when in Alliances to trade places with an individual; I target someone in another party, open the menu that currently includes things like Trade/Examine/Focus Target/etc., select "Swap Parties", window opens up for both of us asking us to confirm. If we do, I'm moved to their party, and they're moved to mine. That really shouldn't be too difficult to implement...
