Maintenance Times

They are always the same time, 6:00-10:00 GMT Time Square has no consideration to the people who can only play during these set times during the week because of their work schedule. If you look at all Maint. time, 99% happen at this time, which gives me and anyone else on who plays at this time "the bone" how can you "Square" make equality for everyone who pays to subscribe and play?

Didnt you noticed they dont care much about EU with this or EU Data Center in Canada, plus maintenance is on all worlds and happens at same time. Happens to be in early morning hours for us in Europe.

Unfortunately seeing as the game is played all over the world it's not going to be possible to accommodate everyone when it comes to maintenance windows.

But I suspect it's also not so much having no consideration for the players who play in that window, but rather those times work well for SE with regards to the staff having to actually implement the maintenance (and if need be extend it in case of a major problem). 6am to 10am GMT is 3pm to 7pm in Japan and even though the NA/EU servers are in Canada, it seems reasonable to assume there is still some involvement from teams in Japan, if not all (they might do all the software updates remotely and only have techs on site to actually manage hardware issues).

Maintenance doesn't have that often and usually it's to give us new content (or bug fixes for other new stuff they added to enhance the game) so all I can really suggest is just try and find some consolation in that and just play something else until maintenance is over?

It's been like that for nearly 2 years, no big deal.

It's always around 11pm-3am at west coast time. Perfect as still leaves time for raid with static as we are 8pm-11pm.
