Location on map, its right before the entrance into an area with an altar on a stump or rock, it has tiles. Altar was in cutscenes for cnj I believe.

I've seen them in a few zones. The only one I ever bothered to take a picture of was in the middle of Central Than while I was sitting on top of The Coffer & Coffin.

Yeah there are some random after rain but they are VERY rare (like in rl) and that's an awesome detail.
Saw it days ago in Hinterlands.

I have seen that one a few times now yup.
I have many concerns about somethings se decides regarding this game BUT the visuals are not one of them.

They have done an awesome job of the graphics and zones .....everywhere, just beautiful.

Rainbows occur when the weather goes from Rain (Maybe Showers too) -> Clear Skies and only last a minute or two. Saw one in Idyllshire as it appeared and called it out to my LS "omg gaiz its a rainbow!" and it disappeared very soon after.

I wonder how I missed seeing rainbows so much up until now lol. The time I tend to look upward the most is when there is a clear sky at night because they did an amazing job on the stars. Perhaps its that reason, I keep missing the rainbows. The one I saw in my pic was literally right in front of me so I could not miss it, it was eye level.

That rainbow in the shroud ( waterfall place ) was a sightseeing log lol

Ah! I didn't see the message in my chat log about entering a vista point but I will go back and check. Whether or not the "site" target is visible, the vista point message always shows up when you leave and enter the spot.
