I would recommend getting "Malware byte" and scanning your computer for threats.

Also, you may want to check your windows files doing the following:
Win7: start button, type cmd
Win8: Win key + Q, type cmd
-rclick, run as admin
-Type "sfc /scannow"
-wait 15-20 mins.
