Yes. The HQ ring (which doesnt even need Tier V's to max out) looks very worthwhile to have. I'm sure you will enjoy the + 4CP, +2 Craft, + 2 Control it gives.

The rest of us however, would like to first craft items of actual use and not waste millions on minor stats increases.
Since you need to obtain more then just a single type of material, it's no longer that easy to get enough for your 9 materials a week.
With all materials you can make 2(3) decent items per week.
But with the requirements of different types and them requiring different favors, suddenly you are down to only 1(2) items made each week.

And that's assuming people have the time to invest the many hours a week into all this. Most don't.

for people like me, who didnt even nearly max meld their ilvl 150 equip, the new rings could be worth it. If you dont need grade V you could max meld the new rings (where can you see the new meld caps?) and it would be a nice little upgrade for ALL crafting classes.

I just want to add my 2 cents. I don't like the grind at all, so to me red scrips are useless except for maybe gearing up 1 crafting class. Personally, i might use it to get a tool and that's it, but even that takes too long. I like the crafting so far up to 60, since it's similar with new skills and specialist skills to work with. After that it's like a korean MMO/grind fest.

I know you can craft some of the crafting armor/tools, but it is annoying that you have to spend 360 blue scrips on each one. They said the scrips were supposed to be optional, but they almost seem mandatory in many cases.
