Unable to complete quest "Give It To Me Raw"

I posted up the in game bug - dated - 09-03-2014 01:32 AM
It is in the Accepted bugs section and yet after 10 months still no action done to let me continue the story line.
I got so angry in fact that I actually took a long break from the game, only to come back and see that it still isn't working.
Could someone please look into this and update accordingly!

Unable to complete quest "Give It To Me Raw"

Please assist.
I am unable to progress further in the main story line as I am unable to actually complete the quest "Give It To Me Raw"

I took the task as requested by the npc Drunken Stag, but upon completing I went to the npc and received the following message:
Drunken Stag: How did you fare, friend? Did you find the raw Nashachite?
At this point no further message was received but the 'Green Tick' was still there, and my journal still shows this as current with the 'Green Tick' showing.
I would also like to note that the 'raw Nashachite is no longer showing in my 'Key Items' of my inventory.
I was also in a party of two players and the other player managed to complete this quest successfully and is able to carry on with the storyline.
As such, I am not able to progress in the story line and I kindly request that this is looked into asap as I had hoped to achieve level 45 before the end of the 'Lightning Strikes' event, and this bug will definately slow down the process of gaining experience points effectively.

Time: 23:47 (GMT)
Frequency: Once
World name: Hyperion
Character name: Handsome Stranger
NPC name: Drunken Stag
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: 12
Party or solo: Party (two players)
In-game time: Unsure
Area and coordinates: Western Thanalan (26,18)
Steps:
1. Complete task for quest
2. Talked to NPC Drunken Stag
3. NPC replies with - Drunken Stag: How did you fare, friend? Did you find the raw Nashachite?
4. No other prompt or message received, dialogue ends and quest is still showing with the 'Green Tick' - unable to proceed with storyline missions

What this means is that you don't have the mission items anymore, but you "had" completed that part of the quest. It could be possible that all you have to do is re-do the "Head north and investigate three the Ore Mounds. Level 10 Prism Coblyn will spawn need to be killed." part of the quest. I'm unsure whether or not you'll actually need to have the quest reset by a GM in-game, so you should submit an in-game ticket if you want a hastier fix.

As far as I can remember, I actually tried a gm support but was told to file it as a bug report, and t be honest I don't recall trying to go back to a previous quest to see if it is there, but will try that in either respect.
I may also try a gm ingame support ticket again and see what happens.

(Still doesn't excuse the long delay with no fix or update from here though)
