Really enjoying new PvP

well maybe because she is a healer.

But i myself do prefer openworld pvp (in seperate PVP regions with keep sieges etc.) over instanced playround fights.

SE is opposed to the Gank/Prey mechanic in open world PvP, in MMORPGs. You most likely won't see open world PvP here. I do agree with their view in this regard. Being hounded by someone on the opposing faction strips away desire to play the game. The idea of PvP as sort of a team sport has much greater appeal to me.

Do you think there is any PvP content you would enjoy, or are you more of a PvE fan?

I prefer PvE more, I always stuck to PvE servers cus I have zero interest in really fighting against other people. Honestly can't say there is any PvP stuff I would enjoy, I get angry to much, least on the upside when I have 23 other people the effect of losing isn't as enraging.
