Steps:
1. Use Fantasia potion
2. Log out
3. Click re-customise charter
4. Choose race -Au Ra from Hyur
5. choose gender - male
6. Choose clan - n/a
7. Look for another customization option
8. Found none other customization options
9. Click next
10. Asked if sure, choose - yes (after making sure that i didn't miss any other options)
11. Expecting customasation options
12. Game proceeds to ask if i want to log in (no customization options given)
13. Contact support
14. They tell me to post in forum

Main issue:I just purchased the DLC Heavensward digital collectors edition and I just used the Fantasia potion, then I proceeded to change my race, gender, etc., I could do it but after I set that up I thought that the customize appearance screen would be next but it just saved my character without me being able to do any more customizing to it, it did not give me the option to customize my appearance in detail, like height, skin color, hair etc. and juts proceeded to ask if i want to log in. So i don't know if there was an error or something else, because when you make a new character the customize screen is right after all those choices, anyway I want to customize my character. So if you could get back to me about what I can do? Maybe let me customize it again or something?! I would really appreciate it, will be waiting for your reply.
