    You can reach 650 with overmelding and food with the i150 level gear, yes. I use cheap 21 GP food from the Gold Saucer.

    Nope. I hit 100% on Chysahl and Adamantite (assuming I am collecting Adamantite, I usually go for the ore for my RCS needs) with the starting 95% base.
