Just wait for one of the easier items to craft becomes *'ed ( Alchemy / Carpenter ) and make 10 of them and that's your 450 for the week. The materials for non-Adamantite gear can be gathered by your retainers and you can make 6 Adamantite Nuggets per hour. If you are buying the materials, start leveling your Gathering classes.
