I suggest looking up the definition of the word casual, consider that this is a video game and that this requires being available at VERY specific time, and that people have things like, jobs, kids, friends, school/hw, social outings, significant others etc etc aka priorities.
This would be casual if I could progress whenever I wanted to, not when someone else allows me to for a minute time frame that can easily be missed. And all so I can have top tier gear in crafting and gathering after several months that creates about tier III i180 battle gear when everyone else will already have i200. 3.0 on the economy/crafting/gathering side of things is a joke. Decent job on the DOM/W side though.
