Regards to restricted new characters.

Would it be possible to allow people who already have a character on the server to be allowed to bypass the restriction and make more up to the 8 character limit? Balmung being as known for RP as it is. Making new characters for such would be very nice.

I don't think they can. The reason new characters are being restricted on certain servers is because there is just too many characters on said server. It also wouldn't be fair to people who have been trying to get on that server for a while but can't (especially people who bought server transfers).
