Does it exist in game yet? I've tried researching it, some say it is supposed to come from 8 man maps, but i haven't found a single post with proof anyone has gotten some. The MB shows 0 sale history as well.
Would love to craft the Company Tabard at some point

Consider what it is used in I would expect it to be in the last GC airships ventures.

I doubt it's in the game at the moment. Either that, or it's behind something that is mathematically impossible to get by this point, Maybe that means GC Airships? Who knows.

It's mostly the Airship ventures that have yet to be exhausted - to which most other mediums have. However, I posted this a while ago when it caught my attention while reading through the patch notes but was buried under all the posts. Could be a lead, who knows?

We would need to seek for monsters that would be dusk related...

But considering it's a leather and not a skin, I think it's not a mob drop.

It's more or less a very good chance that the leathers come from Airship ventures. Highly unlikely that it comes from anywhere else because most other mediums are exhausted. If that doesn't come up with anything, this small point might prove to be an important clue. Since these new items are only restricted to the new areas, it could be possible. We'll just have to wait and see if it turns up with the Airship ventures.

If you're referring to the Barreleye rumor, that was false

Hmmm, did anyone try to desynth gc-gear yet? (Specifically the elite gear)
If that isn't giving the leather, then it's probably airship ventures as it could serve as fc uniform too.
