Am I missing something about DRK?

The skill doesn't screw itself up. Evade is more powerful then Parry and Block due to being 100% mitigation. You are popping a defensive cooldown. If you evade you say "thank you for mitigating that hit 100% RNG," and move on. The flaw of evasion is that it to my knowledge works on some other BS and considers the opponents accuracy. If something has high accuracy you won't evade.

evades mitigation is directly equivalent to its chance so if you evade even 1% more its better then then increasing your Parry rate 5%.

Why does anyone bring up tank busters for Dark Dance its like bringing up awareness as a defensive cooldown. Crits themselves are 'unreliable' damage and awareness is one of the worst Cds in the overall game. Who gives a shit though. Time and place.
