Yeah but how. Before on a normal note like Morels had no problems getting 459 and 3 items. legendary note can only get one item with 389 so i guess better focus on the worse level 60 notes? And btw 8 scripts per turn in is a bloody joke xD.

You need absurd perception for that. 700+ to have it hit the cap. I think mine only hit for like 110 with 684 perception.

damn so those notes are for later when we have the new gear. Adamantite i can get around 2 with 519 or so collectability.

Next i looked at the fishing section. The fish needed for turn-in was a turtle called Stupendemys.

When mooching , you get a LOW chance of getting Cobrafish, which is , useless of course. I'd guess the rate you get Stupendemys is about 80% , since i can usually fish 10-15 of them without getting any Cobrafish.

WOW, they added cobrafish to that pool, good change indeed, so was extremely easy to get stupendemys until yesterday night, fortunately i get enough to have pushed my desynth to 180 from 170. It was 100% chance to get it b4 (obviously if you used right your fishing skills), and like 90% sucess rate (the fish away never disappear), and also it was 2k to sell into npc.

There is a hard cap of 115 for Methodical Appraisal. They did not raise this cap. This means an unaided Impulsive Appraisal is capped at 103.

No, you can farm Adamantite Ore, Chyshal Greens (sp), and Electric Eels or whatever they're called.

so im hitting the normal cap, but have heard someone say he is able to hit "discerning methodical 181" on adamantite instead of 172. He has 591 perception. I'm thinking BS but maybe a bug? Anyone with lower perception levels getting similar results?

Yeah that's a load of BS. Hard cap for that skill rotation is 172.
