Despite the problems Heavensward introduced, I'd say it's still a better experience than WoD by far. The only things that bothered me were how the Ul'dah thing was resolved, the mess with BRD (which doesn't bode well for the other jobs if the devs get it into their heads to change everything without prior discussion) and concerns over ability bloat.
