I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so please feel free to move it to the appropriate forum if necessary.

I was one of the early purchasers of the Mac client who subsequently received a refund. (Thank you! ) However, when I look at my list of licenses in the Mog Station, the Mac client license is still attached to my account. Additionally, I seem to have retained the 30 days of free game time that came with the Mac client.

I've since purchased the PC version of Heavensward and all is well with that, but I want to make sure that the return/refund on my Mac client was done all good and proper so it doesn't cause any problems for me down the road. I submitted a ticket through the support system, but the reply I received about two weeks ago was this:


We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It will be forwarded to the appropriate party. Please attempt to continue trying to resolve the issue locally while we report this issue to development and management. Thank you for taking the time to contact us today and we look forward to your opinions of our upcoming titles.
I'm not sure if the problem (if there is one) was fully understood. Maybe all the refunded Mac licenses are going to be purged en masse at some later date?
