    Was pretty embarrassed opening a ticket for support, just to find out that all I had to do was finish my quest for my rewards. Though I really do appreciate you logging into the game and congratulating both me and my girlfriend on our Ceremony of Eternal Binding. It was a real treat and something I have never experienced before from an in-game tech support.

    I can't say thank you enough, you really did make this night that much more special for us both!
