    Bug for reporting Bugs

    I've made several forum posts, and I've tried contacting GMs through e-mail and in-game , and I keep getting the same stupid automatic response:

    We understand that you may have encountered an error in-game, and we apologize for any interruption to your game play this might have caused. To ensure that this matter is addressed in an accurate, timely manner, please submit a Bug Report by creating a post on our official forums, located at http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv.
    I made a bug report that got sent to the "Insufficient Information" section. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...69#post3163869 Fine, it was lacking in SOME details I suppose. So I made another one: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...46#post3164646 .

    I literally cannot provide any more relevant information. There isn't anything insufficient about my post. Character, Server, and Problem are detailed.

    Can I talk to a human being so that my problem is actually understood? I have a -missing Companion Pet- that I already previously obtained.
