depends on what you want to do. I've been blowing them on coke, since you need a considerable amount for airship components.

I've been spending much of mine on ventures for retainers, but if you are in a FC that sends out airships, then coke or other materials the airship needs are useful.

The seal:gil exchange rate isn't great, but you could by the 60 seal materials and either sell them to an NPC or flip them on the marketboards now that they're in demand again.

Technically, ventures do bring you back a decent amount of gil. If the FC related stuff with the airship and whatnot is not on your radar, then yeah... just go ahead with the ventures. At 51+, 1hr ventures bring back a minimum of 10k gil worth of items to sell on my server. Even at lower levels, the items to sell can equate just as much, if not more. There's not a whole lot that GC seals can be used to buy and straight up sell with for high profit. I mean you can easily sell the old i70 crafting materials, but they may not sell for a lot individually. At least they're cheap and require lots per, so it can add up if ventures are not your thing.
