Not Understanding Alexander Savage Loot

So I'm probably just being dumb, but I am incredibly confused about the patch notes explanation of the Alexander (Savage) loot. It says you get treasure coffers upon completion that reward gear, and you also get a page if it's your first time completing the floor for the weak. This is leaving me with a few questions..

1.) If you get the page but don't get any gear from the treasure coffer, you can keep running it until you get a piece of gear from the coffer, correct? Once you get a piece of gear from the floor, you can't get anything else?

2.) If you've completed the run and gotten a page but haven't gotten a piece of gear, you're counted as a party member that's already completed it, therefor reducing the number of treasure coffers for a run?

3.) I see that you need a lot of random pages for the items. If there's 4 floors to Savage, and you need 4 of a certain page for even one accessory, isn't that going to take a week or two?

4.) Is the page that you receive from first time completion of a floor random?

5.) Do certain floors drop certain pages?

1) no, once you clear for the first time, you will no longer see the chests in subsequent clears, you can not grind it for gear after your first clear. this is similar to how Final Coil was after they introduced the helper system.
2) yes
3,4,5) each floor only drops their corresponding pages, so it takes as many weeks as the item needs pages (4-8 weeks). the pages is to compensate for the 6 people who didn't get anything from the chest.

Basically this is a Zone lockout like the previous raids, rather than a Loot lockout like the 24 man raids and Alex NM.

You get to complete the floor once per week, thats it. Once you complete for the floor you get a page (token) for that floor, and 2 (assuming all 8 people havent cleared it yet) coffers. You can freely roll on the items from the coffers, and you can win both.
After you complete the floor you may not re-enter that floor UNLESS someone who has not completed it is in the party. You cannot roll for any loot, and you will not obtain additional pages.

The pages themselves are an Anti-Horrible-Drop-RNG tool... and a much needed one at that.
Every time you clear the floor (once per week) you get a page. 4 (appropriate) pages iirc lets you outright buy a drop from Floors 1 and 2. Then 6 for a larger piece, and 8 for Chest and Weapons. So if you manage to clear F4 8 times (2 months) you will automatically be able to get a weapon of your choice.

This is a pretty perfect answer.

As he says, you get to run the floor once a week.
You get a page if you complete it no matter what, and you get two drops to roll on.
You cannot reenter unless you're partied with someone who hasn't cleared for the week.
If there are up to 4 people in the party that have already cleared, 1 coffer will drop, but anyone who has cleared cannot roll.
If 5 or more people in the party already cleared, then no loot drops and those who didn't previously clear get their pages.
