I would assume so. You can always use shadowskin and DA dark mind for it.
Its going to be big strain on healers though so not sure thats optimal haha c:

One more thing, I don't understand why Clemency breaks the combo when its being casted?
SS and Fracture breaks the combos but I might be able to understand that to some extents, but for abilities like Oaths and Celemency that is PLD based I don't find a reason why it would break my own combo

If combo'd Royal Authority added a proc for Clemency for reduced/no MP cost and/or shorter cast time.
Would improve the use of it in both roles. And the bonus is on RA - the lvl60 job ability - which has a Tool Tip description that looks a little lacking in text.
This; making it not break combos is probably more reasonable.

If anything, making it break combos makes the most sense.
It is literally a skill you use, on GCD that isn't part of your combo.
Similar to how stun breaks your combo, and shield toss.
Kinda defeats the purpose of combos if it didn't.
I like the proc idea but am unsure if it is necessary. It is already a useful tool and I use it on every fight when there is downtime.
It doesn't have to be useful while you are MT to make it useful.
If every buster is a magical buster, Shelltron really does not do much of anything for us.
Ravannah was nice for a paladin mitigation wise, but i think it still feels better on a warrior?
Raw Intuition is up every 90 seconds for 100% 20 reduction (not as good as bulwark doing 28% but, also lasts 5 more seconds, and has half the cooldown, can be up for most parriable busters).
IB for every predicted buster is a rampart on demand
Vengeance up for the buster and the attack that follows so, its duration does matter to that degree. 50 auto reflect is not ignorable in things like A2. Its also up three times over a six minute period vs sentinel being up twice.
So what else do we got? Clemency doesnt help in the moment, unless you are an OT---will be interupted, 3 second cast leaves you prone. After the fact its fine but again, its slow, and likely you will be healed before it matters. Equilibrium is an instant clemency that is boosted during a berzerk. Same six minute fight you can throw a equilibrium up six times---how often are you able to cast clemency on yourself in the course of a fight, or even another tank?
Honestly I think item paladins need, aside from better aggro and yes, a gcd (not ogcd) based clemency, is sheltrons block should work vs magic. If so much content is going to be magic and paladins 'damage' is lowered intentionally due to their 'defensive spec' which does not apply against much of the new raid, then I'm..not sure....
The class seems to boil down to hallowed ground.
