    1400+ difficulty

This is about to happen and the base requirements I've met and passed. I've HQ'd astral oil from 0 but it requires.. yes Rapid Synthesis. I've toyed around in the passed (forthose that were smart and melded gear, you have CP) ........ with Ingenuity II + Rapid and it does quite a bit. maker's mark progress + PBP? + Ingenuity II RAPID X ?

We'll see but there is no other way. you may find you need High Quality mats since it may indeed take 60 Durability to actually near finish this stuff. Ideally you can get a precise touch in during the progress, masters mend II with 200ishCP left..... and either refresh comfort zone and hasty or basic/precise it to 20 to finish.

I think THIS may be the purpose of Specializations.
Specialists get Whistle While You Work, which when it wears off gives a "significant" boost to progress, Ive heard on the order of 2x.
So for a Specialist a CS2 becomes almost equivalent to a RS, but without any drawbacks.

It also can fail. Let that wrack around your brain a bit.

I certainly hope not. My dabbling with WWYW and its sub skills did not seem to be very reliable. Maybe this is the purpose of delineations? I have not seen anyone speak of these yet.

When WWYW wears off, it does automatically use your next turn, so I wouldn't bank on it. However, using Nymeia's Wheel when below 3 Whistle allows you to regain 30 durability, and when it's on a stack multiple of 3, you get 50% more Progress per use of any progression skill. CSII would then give 170% and RS, 300%.

If you're using WWYW, I believe your entire rotation is going to be a lot more malleable than just some macros. In fact, Whistle alone kills any macro one might make with how wildly variant it will be. With 70 dur, I believe at least 6, 7 or even 8 different macros might be needed just to cope with the "if your stack of Whistle is at y, but you have x durability left" variants of the entire rotation.

Toying with Whistle, even if people might say is not that good (at least for lower crafts) is a lot more fun than crafting without.
