    iLvl 150 sync Frontlines Secondary Stat caps

    For those interested in maximizing secondary stat values. Here are the values I got from testing:

    2H Weapon - 56/53
    Body/Legs - 52/49
    Head/Hands/Feet - 32/30
    Waist/Accessories - 24/23

    Now just need to find out what the minimum accuracy is, and go from there.
