Golem race. With different types of earth or rock skins. Rock, Ice, Volcanic, Obsidian, Copper, quartz. Maybe some dirt/plants growing out of them as well. Oh Yeah baby, golem race for sure!
Different colors of quartz:

Roequo'te
Roegadyn with cat ears and tails.
one of the monsters out of the mt nibel reactor my thoughts here are you start with a normal looking person put them into the reactor chambers which changes/disfigures their appearance using rng it would make each character somewhat unique
Gonna go ahead and second the fishrace theme and the swimming expansion. '3'
Tho I'm gonna say
MAKE THEM BADASS ANGLERFISH.
HUGE FANGS.
GLOWY DANGLEBOBS
FIN EARS AND WEBBED DIGITS
HUGE BULKY BURLY WOMEN.
itty bitty dainty men.
Or maybe I'm still salt about the Au Ra
As much as I love this idea you know it's gonna be the opposite Dx.
As long as they looked like short adults I wouldn't mind that, but this being a Japanese game, I kinda doubt they'd look anything close to an adult.
Roda, I would love for their to be a race like that but like man it's only going to be a dream. ;~;
These combined would make a dwarf sized golem race. WoW has something similar although they are non-playable.

Zombies would be great aswell, but I think they would be a bit too dark and gritty for this game. I mean, even beast tribes are cute in their own way. Werewolves are probably out of the question too, at least the savage ones, but one can always hope.

Sylvari was also mentioned and I really like that idea some kind of plant people. Since the game already has Sylphs and those turnip things, we could have a tree race. They could be even taller than Roes and perhaps the result of an Aetherial disaster caused by careless mages.
