blm input lag?

Anyone else having issues with queing abilities? For instance casting ley lines then thunder. Im consistantly starting the cast and then it cancels. I've noticed this before if I try to cast thunder too quickly but not nearly this bad. This I could attribute to lag, however im also noticing swiftcast malfunctioning. For instance in floor 4 of alexander, as soon as I see the adds I'd cast swiftcast (and see the animation) hit fire 4, and instead of instantly casting fire 4 it does a hard cast and my next ability will be swiftcast. I've also experienced a situation where after swiftcast I hit fire 4 and it tells me its not available. I double check my astral, enochian and mana. Hit it again and bam it works. This i've never seen before and its a bit frustrating. I do suppose this could also be lag. Anyone else having a similar experience? For reference im on lamia server.
