teliporting to foundation causes a recurring crash

so twice to day now i have teliported to foundation to try and get my hunts and imidietly crashed to desk top with only an error that's stated the game stopped working and closed. and when i restart the game and get back to my select character screen to log back in on my character it gets as far as the loading screen than crash to desk top again. however this only occurs on the one character and i can freely log in to all others with out problem. the only work around to free me of it was to have a friend log in to my account and move my some wear else.

im runing windows 8 64bit
evga 760 with up to date drivers as of 7-22-2015
12 gigs ram

I am having very similar issues with the same application event error. My game freezes and either disappears and goes back to desktop, but I am still able to hear the game, or I instantly crash and the game closes. It happens most often when I zone into an instance, but it happens completely randomly 3 - 4 times a day.
