    guard was one of those things that really made sense back under the original alpha combat system. Its been a vestigial organ for many many moons now. happy to see it go.

    mixed about it... we'll see how it goes. im not lazy so pushing to guard or guarding without pushing doesnt really matter to me. i hope they did good by it.

    Never really used a shield before so won't really know what the difference is once I finally get around to playing Gladiator.

    From what I can tell in the thread though, looks like if I had used one I'd be glad to see it go though
