Allagan Tombstones are obtained by doing various content. Level 50 content will give you Poetics, while Level 60 content will get you Law and Esoterics (and sometimes Poetics). These can be traded for various gear and crafting mats in Mor Dhona and Idyllshire.

Rowena Tokens are obtained by doing the EX primal fights questline, iirc. They can then be traded for weapons in Mor Dhona.

First off, *tomestones, not tombstones.

But second, Tomestones are a currency you can trade in for gear and other goods in Mor Dhona (and later, Idyllshire).
