As it stands right now, we're dealing with queuing an action and having the server register we've made that action 2-3 seconds later. This, and terrible packet loss for an incredibly high sample of characters that manifests as players and enemies warping around the field of play ever 5 to 15 seconds or so.
People never warp for me, only sometimes when someone lags. The queue is horrible, that's why i wish more played
