I had a thought the other day - I wonder if the game is trying to match levels in the DF (to create fairness - *cough*) and what we're seeing is that higher level players are getting in. Lower level players are getting grouped together (those who play to get marks for glamour) and get in. However, those in the middle, say levels 20-35 aren't getting matched as there's not enough for 72 man games if everyone outside that level range.

As far as I know there is some sort of rank matching. When Frontlines first released, I was rank 28 and my friend was rank 12. We queued at the same time with the same parameters and I got into two games before he got into one.
