    So Alex Savage...

    If I remember from the patch notes (cant look it up as im currently at work) It said you needed to complete two quests, one of them being the "Ultimate Ballad" to be able to access Alex Savage. Is this the ultima weapon hm fight? Or am I thinking of something completely different?
