Let's compile a list of all the uses for Ole Ilm Punch.

Uses I can think of so far:
1) Removing damage buff from easy trash mobs.
2) Lowing your DPS with a high TP, no positional single target skill

3) Topic fodder for MNK complaint threads.

Help me list all the many other uses for this amazing, class-defining skill. Go!

It works... you get to remove Protect, which does nothing, Stoneskin, which is awful, Medica II, which ticks for nothing and B4B, so your teammates do less damage.


It's still complete shite. The odds of removing something useful is low. And before anyone dares mentioning PB, even Arm of the Destroyer works better with casters and healers being the best pvp classes by far.

You just stay on the casters and keep stripping buffs. I've managed to rip off Aetherflow Stacks a number of times. It's quite funny and entertaining when they're fresh too. You say Medica II ticks for nothing, but you don't know if that Medica II was Divine Sealed or not. You could be removing the enhanced version which is a big problem in PVP.

They are trying to fix at least the thunder ones.... I mean drg feint (BRDs using it recently because why not does not count) no drg has that on their bar, I am sure there are other skills too. I agree that on-llm punch sucks thou read it then took it off my bar.
