While not life altering, I had a pretty disheartening thing happen today on the third floor. I had a progression plan that wrapped up this week with getting a spring from 3 and 4. Instead there was a glip of either isp lag or frame lag and I hit greed on the lens. Before I could bolt it just so happened noone else needed a lens and it looted to me. Mind you I already own the tank helm. There is probably no way to ticket and have the item removed and lock lifted eh.

Probably not, no =/ And definitely not without using your one-time only "I lost this item, give it back D:" opportunity (same as with people buying the wrong item with tomestones).
But on the bright side, you'll have one lens for whenever you level and gear up another job?

Just so you know, you can change your loot decision from Need / Greed to Pass. Still, you just have to be more careful next time.
