    theres 3 effect RR douse,
    increased potency
    Increased Duration
    Decreased potency with AOE effect

    All they did was just swap the cards RR effect.

    Yeah, the buff had a 50% increase to the card effect, like enhanced RR (from Bole/Balance), AND an AoE...

    That makes just so much sense..
