Most Efficient Way to Beat Indolent Imperial

So I've heard before that there are a few different TT decks that are fairly efficient in farming the Indolent Imperial. I've heard tell of a good Beastmen strategy, but am having a hard time tracking down a consensus on what that strategy actually is. I've gotten 52 cards at the time of this post, and have all the Beastmen cards unlocked as well as all the Scions (but their too "rare" for me to use in Ascension). I was curious if anyone could help me out with some deck suggestions (be it for the Beastmen or a better option) to take this guy down efficiently. Really trying to grind out 200k MGP for this mount. Sitting at 20k currently....so we're 1/10 of the way there! HaHa.

Any help is appreciated folks! Thanks as always!

The deck I use for him is 1 and 2 stars. Sylph, Ixal, mem, scarface, and mutamix (OR bahamut.) I almost always win when I go first. I do Sylph in the upper left corner. 90% of the time he'll put a card right next to it. If it's one of the scions cards then I'll use Ixal under it (in the middle) and, after that is taken, retake them both with mem. If it's bahamut, I'll put my bahamut or mutamix in the upper right corner.

If he goes first, he tends to place bahamut in the middle far right. I follow the basic set-up pretty much the same way. With Ascension, I'm really only trying to get my beasttribe cards down before he uses the scions. When he uses a scion card first then I go all on offensive. He does have beasttribe cards too, which help.

It's not perfect but I almost always either win or draw when I go first and I tend to only lose occasionally when he goes first. /shrug

Sorry for late post, but I would still love to see exactly what cards and what position as I am having trouble getting more than 1 or 2 wins on this guy every timer.

It's hard to explain and I don't have a video editor to make a movie for youtube. My cards are always: Sylph, Ixal, mem, scarface, and mutamix. I decided against Bahamut in the end. The purpose of Sylph and Ixal are basically to be draw-in cards to lure the moves I want as well as to build up my beasttribe cards. I find if I can capture just the second card played, if I go first, i can generally keep everything else even so I work to protect my card. Since I suck at explaining, I thought I'd take a screenie of 14 or 15 battles that I did tonight back to back. Won all but two. I put the order of the moves there. I know it's a lot of images and I truly hope this doesn't make it harder to understand. XDDD! Obviously, a lot of my wins are from bad plays on the computer's part so that's probably RNG that might not work in your favor. Hope this helps a tiny bit.

(screenies are below because I ran over my limit.)

I think I should add the reason why I tend to put my sylph in the upper left corner when the computer plays first and puts bahamut in the middle right side. This is because it isn't one of his scion cards. The goal is to get you beast tribe cards up as high as possible so that his scions cards (which are all higher than this method's deck) won't turn them. You'll always have to remember to be careful with the cards with 3 6s. If you lose them, they'll be lost forever.

You'll almost always lose Ixal when you go first with Ixal as the third card placed in the middle. When you go first and place sylph, he'll sometimes put one of his cards in the middle bottom row. This is a bit more tricky. Sometimes I'll try to capture it or I'll put a card down on the bottom row, just to get another boost. This one is simply tricky. YOLO, right?

This method works for me but I could simply be having the best case of RNG luck there ever was so take it all with a grain of salt.
