Reclaim Private Room Funrishings

This morning our FC lead decided to kick and blocked every single FC member (minus his girl friend) when we were all offline for what we can all tell was for no reason whatsoever, naturally no one had any knowledge of this and everyone with a room was give no time to vacate items. I have so far lost around 5m+ and a tone of event items to this and am incredibly angry. I have heard that we can get our items back from an npc, I can't figure out how too though, anyone know? Thanks.

It's one of the ward npc's in the housing area. Can't recall exactly what's it's name not logged in right now, but you can find it where all the vender npcs are.

Thanks for the help. I have reported them, gms can't do anything, they can't even give me any of my items back. They're just sitting in their house now taking up space in the ward for an otherwise dead FC. A band of us are hunting down stranded FC members to help them. It would be an understatement to say we are 'angry' with this situation.
