If DRK needs anything, it'd be a utility buff. As it is right now, Delirium is about a step and a half above useless, and reprisal is kinda weird.
Random idea for reprisal: Keep it where it can proc off a parry, but make it so we can chain it off something like Plunge or DA-S&C, which keeps it in its primary purpose, but also lets us have an on-demand OT cooldown.

Adding my thoughts towards the mentioned abilities. If DRK needs anything, it'd be a utility buff. As it is right now, Delirium is about a step and a half above useless, and reprisal is kinda weird.

Change Carve and Spit to having a standard 450 potency but increase recast time. Remove mp restore and add in dark arts effect that Reprisal becomes activated regardless of a parry.
Add to Delirium a dark arts effect that gives a MP regen restoring enough mp over time for 2 dark arts. (adjust mp regen for balance as needed)

As many have said, all DRK need is a few changes:
1 - Change crossclass to Lancer. (Fixed TP issue)
2 - Change Reprisal to 20s CD / 30s Duration, Does not Require Parrying.
3 - Change Delirium to same as Monk Buff
4 - Dark Dance Dark Arts effect to increase Parry by even more.
5 - Blood Price to trigger on damage taken.
6 - Make Grit let DRKs Parry Magic attacks. (I know I`m dreaming)
fyi DRK deal more damage than WAR assuming there is a NIN or a WAR to apply the slashing debuff.
And DRK doesn't need any changes. l2p
... ya they might do more than a war for ... the first 2-3 minute burst ... after that there sitting there trying to get back TP while the war is merrily slashing away at the enemy...
Once again: l2p. A DRK doesn't "sit there trying to get back TP".
Also, ever heard about NIN's Goad, AST's The Spire ?
Not to mention BRD whenever a boss is jumping.

If you do that, you lose Foresight. With the current armor values, this cooldown has actually become pretty good, something like 16% or so (as I understand it, it seems around that from just regular in game usage). It's a consistent and useful against physical attacks. Foresight is a much stronger cooldown than the weaker, RNG based Keen Flurry. DRK is already behind the other two classes against physical attacks, this would widen the gap. As a tank, greater vulnerability against physical attacks a bigger problem for DRK than TP is (even though TP is a problem), so it's a bad trade IMO.
Mp is not an issue at any time. Did an A4 run that took longer then normal TP'd out, I threw out 3 Unmends and was good for the rest of the fight.
Should've just asked the Brd doing 250 DPS to do Paeon because its not like they were doing anything else but W/e didn't really need it.
