Also anyone else confused about the 100 poetic reward from High roulette? as it reads it gives no esoteric tomes

SE still considers HM roulette mainly for experience, I guess.
They don't want people spending time in lvl 50 dungeons.

Problem is they gave less incentive for end game players to go into it. Law's value is heavily decreasing for most people and having Esoterics in the roulette would keep breathing life into the older content. Doesn't make sense to me they would exclude Esoterics from it.

There was little to no incentive to go in there in the first place.
New players are discouraged by the amount of dungeons they need to clear to unlock it.
And the dungeons give no EXP outside of the roulette.

SE does NOT want people playing old optional content. They want them playing new stuff.

That is doubtful. I would imagine SE would want to give a player any reason to keep playing their game, rather outdated content or not.
