Please fix the tooltips to gives ACTUAL information.

The tooltips are awful. Why not gives actual information. Mount speed; We move faster???
Heavy debuff: Your speed is reduced. Well how much is it reduced??????

Threat markers are godawful. Attack spells dont have enough information just gives this spell does x amount of damage. If in compo it does extra z amount of damage.
I mean shield lob or bash. Dont remember which one does pacification. What is pacification. Why should i care??.
Protech buff: Increases magic and phusical resistants. Well how much? 5%? 10%?

Please fix the tooltips to give actual information -.-

On one hand, I totally agree that some are perfectly useless as they are, because of the lack of information... and yes, it should be fixed.
On the other though, they are constantly fixing skills/spells, balancing and tweaking things... if every little tooltip everywhere has all the details, it's an immense extra workload, and heaps more possibilities for typos and inconsistencies.

If anything, though, I would love the option to make the tooltips at least semi-transparent (don't care about PS3, PC and PS4 I'm sure can handle it), because they always manage to cover up parts of the screen I'd need to see even while "browsing" the buttons. >.<
