Duty Roulette: High Level

Why do the dungeons required to unlock this duty give no exp from the monsters or from completing the dungeon? I would rather get exp from completing the dungeon over getting poetics.

They were released when the level cap was at 50 as part of side quests and or obtaining tomes. not for leveling. If they redesigned so that mobs dropped exp. Everyone would ignore everything else and just speed runn old content ie brayflox hm which would lead to millions of speedruns sucks threads causing civilization to collapse onto
